Drink More Water
Dehydrated skin looks old and tired, especially during the summer months!
To make your skin looks tender, you have to hydrate from the inside out.
Drink at least 8 glass water a day and avoid beverages that dehydrate your skin (eg. Soda or coffee).
Reduce Puffy Eyes
Did you know that the older you get, the thinner the skin around the eyes?
Treat your under eye area daily to prevent puffiness and dark circles.

Don't Skimp On Sleep
Studies have shown that if you don't get enough sleep, the body produces excess cortisol – a type of hormone that will break down skin cells.
Get enough rest (at least 7.5 hours a day) and you'll produce more HGH (human growth hormone), which help skin remain thick, more elastic and less likely to wrinkle.
